His extensive knowledge of pelagic fisheries, garnered through years of hard work in both the commercial and sport sectors, made him a legend in his own right. The void left by Frank's passing is immeasurable. His generous spirit and unique charisma are irreplaceable, leaving the docks a little quieter and the mood a touch somber. Good afternoon, we had a great day up the coast. We stayed in nice weather most of the day but we still had a great day with limits. The reds bit really good at the end of the day. Our 32 anglers caught 320 rockfish 2 lingcod
