RP spent the morning mopping up some more beautiful Wahoo and wonderful YFT’s before heading off to our next hotspot! Be there in the morning! Thanks for checking in!❤️

The Pacific Voyager started off their 2.5-day coastal charter trip with 39 yellowtail. The fish range from 18 to 25-pound!

Hey, good morning. It's Aliyar from the Polaris Supreme. We're just getting tied up here after a three-day trip. Just like anything, we had to go look for the fish. We didn't drive out and get on them right away. We had to spend at least 24 hours searching, but we ended up finding good fish. We caught 55 Bluefin Tuna, 8 or 9 of the fish were we around 100- 120 pounds, and the rest were between 20 to 60 pounds. Very good sign of fish down there, just hard to get a bite sometimes. We're putting up a day and a half trip with a very early departure at 2:00 PM next Tuesday March 26th. The details are going to be online shortly; we're working on it right now. It's going to be a day and a half trip for $600, departing at 2:00 PM. So if you want to get on that trip, it should show up on our website in about 30 minutes, or you can call Lindy at 619-706-3634. Hopefully, we'll see you there!

The New Seaforth ended their AM half Day with 100 Whitefish, 7 Sheephead, 1 Sculpin and 1 Sand Bass for their 50 anglers.

Epic Day! We had RP burgers! Weather was beautiful! 96 Wahoo and 46 Yellowfin Tuna! BAM!

The Polaris Supreme 3 Day trip put 55 Bluefin tuna on the boat.

The Pacific Voyager finished their 1.5 day trip with 12 Yellowtail in the 20 pound range and a nice haul of rockfish to go with.

The guys checked in this morning with a promising update from the tuna grounds. They had a shot at the nicer grade fish last night and are up to 8 fish from 90-120lbs. Aliyar just called in again a few minutes ago to report a little daytime flyline action too. They had a stop for 13 Bluefin. Plenty of time left to fish so be sure to check back for more updates.

Tribute

Mike checked in for the Tribute out of San Diego. As two wise young men once said, "the dishes are done." We knocked out limits for our passengers. We're gonna try to pick at a couple of bigger ones here in the afternoon. Very very good fishing--good fishing on big ones in the dark. We got on some spots here in the afternoon -- a lot of fish in the  30-50 pounds range. Fish last night and early this morning were in the 100-150 pound range. Very nice weather and very good fishing throughout the day for 18 guys. We put number 36 on the boat, and we're gonna see if we can knock out a big one on the kite and see if we can go find a yellow tail or two for the afternoon. The first offshore trip for the season worked out pretty good.  Mike has the current fish report for you below.Bluefin Tuna

Mike checked in for the Tribute out of San Diego. Very good fishing! We made a move and we have about 4 to 5 fish hanging, they got about a dozen out of this one. They have a little over 21 fish for the morning, and the last batch is in the 25-60 lb range. As soon as the boat stopped they wanted to bite, everyone had one hanging within seconds. They only have 18 guys this trip, it's been really good fishing guys! Mike has the current fish report for you below.Bluefin Tuna

Mike checked in for the Daiwa Pacific out of San Diego. We battle thru the weather yesterday. Even with fighting with Mother nature, we got the job done. We had good red fishing in not so good drifting conditions and followed it up with good shallow water fishing. Red Rockfish

Captain Aliyar just checked in from their 3 Day. It took them a day to locate the fish, but he said they are definitely in the right zone now. They are seeing very large schools of Bluefin. They just had a spot come up and they were able to land one fish around 100lbs on a flyline bait. Conditions are looking good and they are hoping for an opportunity this evening. Check back for more updates.

A productive maintenance period thus far we’re now back in the water after our annual haul out, hull inspection, and installation of a brand new 2024 Furuno CH600, dual frequency sonar and Airmar “CHIRP” technology transducer. Huge upgrades that I mentioned earlier we have now made current the full suite of Royal Star navigational, communication, and fish finding electronics. Some well thought out mechanical adjustments will also improve the experience at sea for Royal Star anglers. Soon to be in the final cosmetics stage we are counting down the days before we run again on April 4th. Performing ninety eight percent of the work ourselves the guys and I love this time of the year that provides hands on opportunities to become intimate with the systems and inner workings of Royal Star. This is when the guys learn the how and why that serves all of us so well when sea duty serves up those inevitable mechanical challenges requiring immediate solutions. As such today’s images feature a few selections of the guys in action tending to maintenance duties in “the yard” On the media front Captain/Owner Alex Natipadab and I will be the featured guests on Let’s Talk Hookup this Saturday the 16th eager to share our perspective on the upcoming season. Enjoy today’s images and look for the narrative to be updated as our maintenance winds down.
